Welcome
Welcome to the Parking Hotel Giardino, a historic three-star hotel at the beginning of the seafront and near the heart of Livorno, away from the noise of the road because it is located inside a private courtyard.
Ideal destination before embarking for Sardinia and Corsica, being a few minutes drive from the maritime station (1200mt), and only 500mt from the boarding point for the island of Capraia also for the internal guarded parking for your and our safety.
Small and comfortable, the hotel is lived and managed directly by the property almost like a home, where welcoming guests is a pleasure.
Animals are welcome here. However, dogs must always be on a leash out of respect for our other guests and a daily supplement is required for cleaning the rooms per animal.

Check-in from 2pm to 10.00pm.
Check-out by 11 am on the day of departure
For any late check-out they will have the following rates: 30% of the daily rate until 2 pm and 50% of the daily rate with check-out no later than 5 pm. After 5 pm the full amount will be charged daily + the relative tourist tax.
City tax
The New Tourist Tax Rates valid from 01/01/2021 (Delib. G.C. n. 569 of 20/11/2020, adapted to the new Regulation) for 3 * Hotels are:
From 01/10 to 31/03 € 1.50 per person / night (Low Season)
From 01/04 to 30/09 € 2.30 per person / night (High Season)
The tax is applied to overnight stays by non-residents in the Municipality of Livorno, for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights.
The following are exempt from paying the tourist tax:
a) children under the age of fourteen;
b) those who have to carry out therapies at health facilities located in the municipal area and a
any accompanying person;
c) those who assist patients admitted to health facilities located in the municipal area in
reason of one chaperone per patient;
d) the parents, or delegated carers, who assist minors under the age of eighteen, hospitalized at
health facilities in the municipal area, for a maximum of two people per patient;

e) non self-sufficient handicapped persons, with suitable medical certification, and theirs
companion;
f) bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to groups
organized by travel and tourism agencies. The exemption applies to each coach driver e
for one companion for every twenty-five participants;
g) those who, not resident in the Municipality of Livorno, work for any
accommodation facility referred to in art. 2;
h) those who stay in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by authorities
public, to deal with emergency situations resulting from disasters or events of nature
extraordinary or for humanitarian aid purposes;
i) members of the state and local police forces or bodies, as well as the national police force
fire and civil protection who stay for exclusive service needs e
limited to the duration of the same.
2. The exemption referred to in points b), c), d), e), f) and i) is subject to the presentation by the
interested party, to the manager of the accommodation facility or to the person referred to in paragraph 3 of the article
4 of this regulation, of a specific self-declaration, issued pursuant to and for the purposes of
articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000.
